My first and probably only attempt at cheese making. Unless you are a serious cheese maker I would recommend leaving the effort to the experts and nipping down to your local shop.
It took hours to make with a lot of waiting in between for the processes to complete. Luckily it was during the Glastonbury weekend so I drank wine, put on my wellies and danced like a loon in the living room between cheesy tasks.
It produced four tiny cheeses similar to a Wensleydale. I called it 'Tottenham Crumbler'. If anyone else has had any experience of cheese making I would be very interested to know...
